Income Bully 2015 Goals and Resolutions

As some of you already know, I post often on the WarriorForum as iAmNameLess. In a thread I posted about a week ago I brought up some goals and resolutions. This entire site is actually FOR one of my goals, which is to create passive income to replace my existing income.

My Specific Goals

I’m ready for a lifestyle change. I regularly work 18 hours in a day, haven’t been taking care of myself, I’m always stressed out, not eating right, not exercising, so I’m ready for a lifestyle change. Problem is… I like the money I make.

So, I have a few specific goals in order to be able to make the adjustments I need.

Goal #1 – Make 5 figures a month with Internet Marketing, passive and semi-passive income.

Some people may think that this isn’t realistic to shoot for in the first year, but I think it’s possible. There are a lot of people doing it, so with my existing marketing knowledge and skill set I’m sure I can figure it out.

The tricky part of this goal is figuring out which methods to use.  Niche sites, product creation, adsense, amazon affiliate, app development?

So far I’ve done a bit of product creation and finally released my first WSO on How To Start a Web Agency. While it is pretty effective, I’m not sure that is really a good long term method. I’m confident I have enough value to share with others and can continue to put out additional ebooks but I’m not sure that’s the way I should approach this to meet my goals.

Goal #2 – Dedicate half of my time in pursuit of a more passive income.

Like I said before, I often put in 18 hour days on my main business. I also have an additional offline business that I have to take care of but I intend to invest half my time on my new pursuit.

This is going to be difficult for me, and this goal/resolution starts today. I was talking to my girlfriend about the goals I have and she thinks it’s going to be impossible for me to meet them, and she’s not wrong for thinking that.

What makes me think I can invest half of my time on this? Well, I believe that this essentially forces me to outsource different parts of my existing business that I’ve been handling myself. I guess I will be passing off some client communication off to someone else, email marketing to someone else, and place someone else in charge of hiring freelancers and managing the team.

It’s going to be tough and there’s going to be bumps in the road, but I think it’s going to be worth it.

Goal #3 – 1,000 Email Subscribers

I don’t really have a grand plan on how to monetize this site yet but I know I need an email list and I think shooting for 1,000 is a pretty good goal.

In my main business, one of my favorite forms of marketing is cold emailing. I have a ton of emails I send out weekly to businesses across the USA and I get these emails by scraping with Mobile Renegade (software). I also have an inbound marketing funnel which makes it easy to collect opt ins from people who actually want to hear from me.

Starting fresh, with making money online it’s going to be a challenge to meet that goal I think. You guys will be here to hold me accountable and see my progress along the way.

That about sums up the goals that are relevant for this site and blog.
